Clip is excited to unveil the latest version of the Swiss Bento, a sophisticated and innovative food serving box designed for use onboard. Inspired by traditional Japanese lunch boxes, the Swiss Bento is utilized by Swiss International Air Lines for second service, breakfast, and light meals.
Passengers are impressed by its premium, smooth black finish and the intuitive design, with the cutlery cleverly integrated into the lid for ease of use. They also appreciate its practicality, as all components can be neatly stored back inside the box once the meal is finished. This streamlined design enhances the efficiency of both meal delivery and collection, allowing cabin crew to focus more on personalized interactions with passengers.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the Swiss Bento eliminates the need for disposable lids or protective films, as the food is directly stored inside the box. Its compact design is highly efficient, allowing 12 boxes to fit comfortably in a single standard drawer, which helps optimize valuable galley space—an ever-pressing concern as new aircraft feature smaller galleys.
Moreover, the Swiss Bento is built to last, enduring at least 100 cycles of filling, shipping, eating, cleaning, and storage. This durable design is a testament to Swiss International Air Lines’ commitment to reducing the ecological impact of air travel.
