SWISS BENTO BOX

Introduced by Swiss International Air Lines in July 2016, the SWISS BENTO BOX is a reusable solution to serve food on medium haul flights. It’s very compact: 12 boxes fit in a standard ATLAS drawer and the cutlery pack sits comfortably on top of the box. Inspired by traditional Japanese lunch boxes, it replaces a disposable packaging and is a token of Swiss International Air Lines’ commitment to reduce the ecological impact of air travel in the future. The box is designed to withstand a hundred cycles of filling, shipping, eating, cleaning and storing.
